Nose back to the grindstone (but it’s exciting)

We’re back from three weeks’ holiday, the start of which feels months ago. Am I downhearted? No, actually. And it isn’t just because the Lions won on Saturday. Am editing my next book in the Porthkennack series, Count the Shells, and one of my editors reckons it’s the best story I have ever written. (And do you know what? I think she’s right.)

I’m also editing a Cambridge Fellows short which will be out later this year. So, in celebration of that, here’s the beach near where Jonty and Orlando stayed in Lessons in Desire.
